1. Virtual Contract Talent Acquisition Staff Support
For more than a year one of our exceptional recruiters has been under contract with this client. Lynn Gargallo, a Grapevine Group employee, provides weekly virtual support for the Senior Manager of Employment. In addition to the duties she performs for the Manager, Lynn also directs the recruiting efforts of our Grapevine Group team members.
2. Screening Support for a Sales Force Expansion
The client intended on filling a large portion of the new positions using online postings and their internal ATS. They needed experienced recruiters to screen, qualify, and coordinate activities with the Regional Business Unit Managers. Skilled Grapevine Group recruiters performed the screening and administration for the sales force expansion.
3. Sourcing for Critical Markets
The client identified several markets where additional sourcing resources would be required to attract passive and actively passive candidates for their sales positions. In those markets Grapevine Group provided sourcing resources (industry specific databases and the Grapevine Group proprietary database), tools (Airs Sourcepoint) and professionals who know how to identify and deliver top talent eliminating the need for the company to add the expense burden of additional resources.
4. Contingency Search
Prior to the launch of the sales force expansion the client needed to fill an executive level position. In December 2008, Grapevine placed the Director of Training, based in New Jersey.
Upon project completion of the sales force expansion Grapevine Group left the client with a robust candidate database for their future needs and top talent in their new sales positions. Lynn, our virtual recruiter continues to provide support for the Senior Manager of Employment’s ongoing needs.
